El Norte / Mami & Majuri Oy, Business ID FI31907959 sells products to companies and adults in the EU. These delivery terms are suitable for ordering products in our online store and for similar deliveries.
These delivery terms are valid from May 1, 2021. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please read our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.
TERMS OF DELIVERY AND PAYMENT METHODS
Products and product prices
The features and prices of e-commerce products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check this. prices from the shopping cart before you accept the order. Product prices include taxes, which appear in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
Delivery costs all over Finland start at 5.90 euros. Alternative delivery methods, such as home delivery, may also be available at an additional cost. Shipping costs are automatically added to the total amount of the order.
You will see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on the website of our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart, confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required and assumed to have read and committed to our current delivery terms. You understand that your order, which you accept and confirm, is, except as set forth below in the notice of right of cancellation, binding and creates an agreement with us on these terms of delivery.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when you place your order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.
If for any unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Method of delivery
We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you choose in connection with your order.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to the EU are, depending on the order and delivery method3-5days. More specific times will be announced in connection with the product options.
Right of return and return conditions
You can cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods or the last batch of goods or, in the case of regular delivery of goods, receipt of the first batch of goods.
Notice of cancellation must be made to our email.
The right of cancellation only applies and the products returned must be in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for return.
The right of exchange and return is 14 days from the receipt of the order. The right of return only applies to unused products in the original packaging. For returns or exchanges, always contact our customer service info@elnortefinland.com first.
If the product is damaged in the post office, a complaint must be made to the post office immediately.
The product must be in a completely new condition when returned. The customer pays the return postage. In case of return and exchange, please contact us by e-mail.
If the transaction is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been given to our return address below. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the time limit, for example with a return receipt. The returner must pay the cost of the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.
When returning a delivered order, include ityour name andyour contact information mixedyour account number for a refund.
Accordingly, we will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer pays the refund.

Transmission check, error and problem situations
Please check delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order or is defective, please report it to our Customer Service as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days and we will agree on how we can correct the error. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act on liability for errors.

Limitation of Liability
El Norte / Mami & Majuri Oy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential or other damages in connection with the order, delivery or product, or for any of the foregoing, except as otherwise provided by a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law in respect of such damage.
Change
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before ordering, the customer must read the delivery terms in force at the time.
